Refund & Escrow Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Pre-launch draft. Nariyam Creators is in private beta. Public billing and escrow are not live for general users. This page describes the principles we intend to follow when payments launch. Final terms will appear in platform contracts and checkout flows and may differ by region, payment method, or plan.
1. Current status
- No public self-serve billing is active on this marketing site.
- Waitlist submission does not charge a fee.
- If you were charged in error for a beta arrangement, contact us immediately.
2. How escrow is intended to work
When escrow launches for campaigns:
- Businesses fund escrow when a contract is signed (or as otherwise agreed).
- Funds are held and released on milestone completion and approval.
- Creators and businesses see status and history for transparency.
- Disputes follow an internal resolution process before other remedies.
3. Refunds of escrow or platform fees
Subject to the final payment terms and applicable law:
- Unused escrow: if a campaign is cancelled under contract before funds are earned/released, remaining eligible escrow may be returned to the funding party according to the contract timeline.
- Completed milestones: amounts released for approved work are generally not refundable except where required by law or a documented error.
- Platform fees: fee refunds, if any, will be stated in the applicable order form or fee schedule at the time of charge.
- Payment processor errors: duplicate or failed charges should be reported promptly so we can investigate with the processor.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution. We encourage parties to use in-platform dispute tools and contact@nariyam.com first.
5. Timing
Refund timelines depend on banks, payment providers, and verification steps. We will communicate expected windows when a refund is approved.
6. Contact
Billing or escrow questions: contact@nariyam.com. Include your account email, campaign or invoice reference, and a short description of the issue.
