These Terms govern your use of creators.nariyam.com, our waitlist, and related pre-launch materials provided by Nariyam Creators ("we", "us"), a Nariyam Group product. By using the site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. This is not legal advice and may be replaced by fuller platform terms when accounts and payments go live.

1. What this site is

The site describes a product in private beta and lets you request early access or contact us. Features marked Private Beta, Coming Soon, or Future Release are not guarantees of availability, pricing, or timing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law (including Indian law where relevant) to submit the waitlist or contact forms. If you act for a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Waitlist and invitations

• Submitting a waitlist request does not guarantee access.
• Invitations are discretionary and may be limited by role, geography, or capacity.
• We may decline, revoke, or delay access without obligation to provide a reason.
• Beta participation may be subject to additional agreements when access is granted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the site
• Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the site to spam or harass others
• Circumvent security or access controls

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Nariyam Group or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

6. Third-party links

Links to Nariyam Group properties or third parties are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The site and pre-launch materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product descriptions are informational and may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nariyam Creators and Nariyam Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us for site access in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
